Why Purchases May Fail

The reason purchases may fail is that the Apple ID you used to download the app is different from the Apple ID you are currently logged in with.
Due to policy reasons, we have released different versions of the app for Mainland China and overseas (similar to Douyin and TikTok). Therefore, if you downloaded the app from a certain region, you need to use the Apple ID corresponding to that region to complete the purchase.
