● Which languages does ideaShell support?

Currently, the ideaShell interface supports English, Chinese (Traditional/Simplified), and Japanese. Thanks to AI technology, it supports voice input, conversations, and content generation in over 50 languages.

● What is the difference between ideaShell’s speech-to-text and other speech-to-text apps?

Ordinary transcription software mainly converts audio to text without analyzing the language meaning. In contrast, ideaShell uses AI not only to transcribe audio but also to correct errors based on content, reduce filler words and redundancies, and finally format the text into paragraphs. It also generates appropriate titles, tags, and summaries, making the entire note more logical, easier to read and understand, and easier to find.

● How do I summarize a conversation into a new note?

Great! You’ve discovered this feature! After discussing your notes with AI, you can generate a new note, essentially allowing your idea to continue growing. The method is: click the export button, and the first option is to generate a new note.

● How do I import audio files?

We currently support importing audio content via external sharing. Select the file you want to import, click the system share button, and then choose ideaShell to import.

● How do I export my content?

Conveniently exporting to other apps is one of ideaShell’s core features. You can click the export button next to the note card or template card to export the content.

● What is the maximum length for a single recording?

There is no limit on recording duration, but there are limits on single transcription length (Premium users can transcribe up to 5 hours per session, non-Premium users up to 1 hour per session). For recordings longer than 10 minutes, you need to manually click the transcription button to start AI transcription.

● How do I use the AI conversation feature?

After creating a new note, you can interact with AI directly in the chat box at the bottom of the interface, just like talking to a very smart person about your idea.
You can also generate the content you want, such as summaries, through the template feature.

● I have too many conversations; I want to delete and start a new chat. What should I do?

You can click the “Clear Conversation” button at the top right of the detail page. It will delete your conversation content (irreversible), including chat content and template content. If you need to keep the template content, you can export it by clicking the export button on the template or create a new note.

● How do I convert template content into a new note?

Yes, template content can be directly converted into a new note. For example, after discussing with AI, you can generate a new note with a summary in one click and continue the discussion, thus preserving the old content.
